Corn Pudding

Ingredients:
1 ¼ cup self rising corn meal mix
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
1 tsp granulated sugar
½ tsp onion powder
1 ¼ cups chicken broth
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375*F. Lightly spray with cooking spray all sides and the bottom of an 8*8 casserole dish. In a large Mixing bowl, stir all ingredients together. The mixture will be thin and soupy. Transfer the mixture to greased pan and place in preheated oven. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until cooked through. Serve as a side dish with any meal.
