Corn Casserole

Ingredients:
2 packages frozen yellow corn
2 tbsp. fresh chives chopped
2 large eggs
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
¼ cup All Purpose Flour
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. unsalted butter melted
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
1/3 cup cooked bacon crumbled
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350*F. In a microwave safe dish, heat corn in microwave on high for one minute or until thawed. Drain any excess water. Place eggs, 1 ½ cups of corn, 1 ½ cups of cheese, flour, sugar, melted butter in a food processor. Process until well blended. Transfer the mixture into a 2 quart casserole dish. Stir in the remaining corn, bacon and chives. Sprinkle the top with the remaining cheese. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the center is set.
