A favorite in my house with the boys
Ingredients:
1 pound chicken breasts or tenderloins
2 tbsp. canola oil
1 large can of cream of chicken soup or 2 small cans
3 cups of uncooked rice (cook per package directions)
1 can early sweet peas
½ tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
Directions:
Cook chicken thoroughly in 2 tbsp. oil. Cook time is about 12-15 minutes. Chop chicken into ¼ inch after cooled. Cook Rice according to directions. Add all ingredients and mix together well.
Bake in a casserole dish on 375 * F for about 20-30 minutes.
Optional: Add 1 cup of your favorite cheese on top before placing in the oven.

Short Cut Ingredients:
1 package of cooked chicken breast chunks (found in the refrigerated section)
1 28 ounce can of cream of chicken soup
3 bags of quick microwaveable rice
1 can sweet early peas
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp salt
Directions:
Cook Rice according to directions. In a mixing bowl, add all ingredients and mix together well. Place mixture in a casserole dish. Bake at 375 * F 20-25 minutes.
