Cauliflower Casserole

Ingredients:
1- Fresh cauliflower chopped (or 2-10 ounce frozen packages)
2 cups diced ham
½ cup unsalted butter softened
6 tbsp. All Purpose Flour
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp oregano
1¾ cups milk room temperature
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375* F. In a deep casserole dish, mix cauliflower and ham. Melt butter in pan careful not to burn the butter. Once melted, whisk in the flour and seasonings. Add the room temperature milk slowly while whisking. Stir until soft and bubbly on low. Remove from heat and pour over ham and cauliflower.  Sprinkle top with cheese. Place in oven and bake for 25-30 minutes or until cheese has melted.
