Corn Bread

Ingredients:
2 cups white corn meal mix
1½ cups buttermilk
2 eggs
2 tbsp. bacon drippings

Directions:
Grease a 9” round cake pan or square cake pan. Preheat oven to 450* F. Mix all ingredients together and place in greased pan. Bake for 25-35 minutes or until golden brown.

Note: This cornbread recipe is used to make dressing for thanksgiving.
