
Ingredients:
1-12 ounce can of light beer
3 cup self- rising flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. garlic powder
½ tsp salt
2 tbsp. cup melted butter
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 *F
In a bowl mix all ingredients together until foam of beer has diminished. Grease a bread pan with butter and flour and then place batter into the pan. Place the pan in the middle rack in the oven and bake for 45-55 minutes. Serve Warm
Prep Time 5 minutes: Cook Time 45-55 minutes.
Alternate: Drop batter onto a lightly greased cookie sheet in tablespoon size and place at least 3 inches apart. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until slightly brown.
