Rainy Day Steaks

Ingredients:
4 – 6 ounce Ribeye or NY strips
Season Steaks
Marinade for two hours in Red Wine Marinade (in the refrigerator)

Directions:
Remove steaks from the refrigerator and let sit for 20 minutes. Preheat oven to 450*F
Place on an oven safe pan. Cook in the oven for 12 minutes per side. Then turn oven onto a low broil.

Cook steaks for 4 more minutes to a medium rare. Cook Steaks for 6 more minutes for a medium. Cook steaks for 8 more minutes for a well done steak.
