Ingredients:
1 pound ribeye steak sliced 2” long and 1/8 -1/4” wide
2 tbsp. Olive oil
½ tsp salt
¼ Onion sliced
1 Bell pepper sliced
1 Sweet Red pepper sliced
1 clove of garlic minced
2 tsp pepper sauce
1 cup of beef consume (portion of one can of beef consume soup)
Directions:
In a skillet, heat oil. Place steak in the skillet with salt. Brown steak. Add onion, garlic and peppers. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes. Add one cup of beef consume and pepper sauce. Mix in well. Let cook uncovered for 5 minutes. Serve over white rice or noodles.
