Pot Roast

Crock Pot
2.5-3 pounds chuck roast
1 small bag of medium carrots
4 large potatoes peeled and cut into chunks
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can of French onion soup
3 cans of water
1 onion cup into large chunks
¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
6 cloves garlic
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
Directions:
In a crock pot (size big enough for the roast), begin to add tomatoes, French onion soup + 3 cans of water, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, onion and seasonings. Then add the roast. Place on high and cook for about 5 hours. Once the roast has cooked for 5 hours, add carrots and cut up potatoes. Let cook another 1.5 hours or until vegetables are tender.
