
Ingredients:
2 pounds ground beef
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tbsp. garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp oregano
¼ tsp ginger
2 tsp parsley flakes
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350*. In a large mixing bowl, add all ingredients. Mix by hand until all ingredients have blended well. Make meatballs into 1-2 “ round balls. Place on an ungreased pan. Cook in the oven for about 30-35 minutes. Make sure to not overcook. Makes about 36. If you prefer larger meatballs, adjust cooking time 5-10 minutes for 2” or larger meatballs.
