Hamburgers

Ingredients:
2 pounds of ground chuck
¼ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl add ground chuck and remaining ingredients. Mix well with hands. Form the mixed meat into ¼ pound hamburgers. Cook on grill to desired wellness. Serve.
Optional:
Form mixed meat into thin squares to make sliders. Makes 8 regular hamburgers or 20 sliders.
