Ingredients:
1 pound ribeye steak sliced 2” long and 1/8 -1/4” wide
2 tbsp. Olive oil
½ tsp salt
1 small onion sliced
1 package of fresh slice mushrooms (washed and drained)
1 clove of garlic minced
¼ cup soy sauce
1 cup of beef consume (portion of one can of beef consume soup)
Directions:
In a skillet, heat oil. Place steak in the skillet with salt. Brown the steak. Add onion, garlic and mushrooms. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Add one cup of beef consume and soy sauce. Mix in well. Let cook uncovered for 5 minutes. Serve with white rice or fried rice.
