Beef with Broccoli Stir Fry

Ingredients:
1 pound ribeye steak sliced 2” long and 1/8 -1/4” wide
2 tbsp. Olive oil
½ tsp salt
1 package of frozen Broccoli florets (or one fresh head of broccoli cut, using florets only)
1 clove of garlic minced
¼ cup soy sauce
¼ cup water
1 tsp cornstarch
1 cup of beef consume (portion of one can of beef consume soup)
Directions:
In a skillet, heat oil. Place steak in the skillet with salt and minced garlic. Brown the steak. Mix cornstarch with water and add to the mixture. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes allowing the sauce to thicken. Add one cup of beef consume and soy sauce. Mix in well. Let cook uncovered for 5 minutes. Add broccoli. Continue to cook on low heat for another 5-7 minutes or until broccoli is slightly cooked. Serve with white rice or fried rice.
