Ingredients:
1 16oz package of uncooked Lasagna noodles
1 48oz jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce or your own homemade sauce
16oz container of sour cream
32 ounces mozzarella cheese
1 ½ pounds of hamburger meat
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 cup shredded carrots
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 cup diced onion
1 cup diced bell pepper
Directions:
Cook Lasagna noodles as per package directions. Brown ground beef in garlic salt and pepper to your taste. Sauté onions, peppers and mushrooms in 1 tbsp. olive oil. Once the beef and vegetables are cooked, place in a large bowl with sauce and carrots and mix thoroughly. Next take a 9 x9 x2 casserole dish and place a small amount of sauce to coat the bottom. Next add a layer of lasagna noodles (about 3 noodles), then spread sour cream (1/4 -1/2 cup) as a thin layer. Add 1/3 of the meat, vegetable and sauce mixture to coat this layer. Next add 1/4 of cheese to coat. Repeat 3 times or as your ingredients allow. Once finished layering, add more cheese on top for a thick layer. Place in a 375* F oven and bake for about 40-45 minutes or until all cheese is melted on top.
