Ingredients:
1- 16 ounce box of elbow noodles
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
2 tbsp. butter
6 eggs
1- 8 ounce package of sharp cheddar cheese shredded
1- 8 ounce package of Colby jack cheese
4 cups milk
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425*F. Cook noodles according to package directions and drain. In a separate bowl mix eggs and milk and Colby jack cheese and set aside. In a large mixing bowl, add noodles, butter and seasonings. Mix well and add to a deep glass casserole dish 9 x 9. Pour milk, egg and cheese mixture over noodles. Incorporate all ingredients with a large spoon. Then add sharp cheddar cheese on top. Place in the oven and bake for about 40 minutes or until brown on top and cheese is melted thoroughly. Serve
