
BBQ Sauce Garlic Parmesan Sauce Hot Wing Sauce
Ingredients:
5 pounds of chicken drumettes and wings
1 large container of canola oil
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
Canola Oil (enough to fill a pot ¾ way)
Directions:
In a large sauce pot, add canola oil and heat until oil is ready for frying.
In a mixing bowl, add chicken and salt and pepper and stir well. When the oil is ready, add chicken (as many pieces at a time that the pot will allow). Cook for about 6-8 minutes for each batch. Place on a paper towel to drain of excess oil. Place in a bowl. Use the wing sauce recipes on pages 30 and 32. Toss the cooked chicken and serve.
