BBQ Egg Rolls

For this recipe , you will need a few basic ingredients
Ingredients:
Packaged Egg Rolls (find them in Asian Market in refrigerated section)
Canola oil
Egg wash – 2 eggs and 2 tbsp. milk whisked together
Brush
Make egg wash and set aside.

Ingredients:
1 pound of BBQ already cooked.
Salt and pepper to taste
4 cups cole slaw

Directions:

STEP ONE:

To a large pot add canola oil to, enough to submerge your egg rolls. Heat to 350*F.

STEP TWO:

On a flat surface, place 3-4 tbsp. of BBQ meat and 2-3 tbsp. of cole slaw on one egg roll about 2 inches from the bottom of the egg roll in the center.

STEP THREE:

Fold from the bottom to cover the ingredients. Then fold the egg roll from the right side inward towards the ingredients. Then fold the left side inward toward the ingredients. You have one more fold.

STEP FOUR:

At this time, dip brush into the egg wash and lightly brush the remaining top of the egg roll. Then Fold the egg roll tightly by rolling away from you. The egg wash will help the egg roll to stay folded.

Repeat for as many egg rolls as you wish to make. This recipe will make 12.

Once the oil is ready, place 2-4 egg rolls in the oil (how many you are able to place in the pot, depends on the size of the pot you choose). Cook for 3-5 minutes until golden brown on both sides. Place on paper towel to drain excess oil.
