
Ingredients:
1 – 8 count package of favorite flour tortillas
48 ounces Canola Oil
Directions:
In a large pot, heat oil to 375-400*F. Cut Tortillas into triangle slices.
Once the oil is at the correct temperature, add 4-5 cut tortillas to the oil. Fry for about 30 seconds and remove. Place on paper towels to drain of excess oil. The chip will be soft at first, but will crisp as they sit. Once crispy, Place in a tightly covered container until ready to eat.
