Shrimp Dip on Toast Points

Ingredients:
1 cup Extra Virgin Olive oil
2 Tbsp. garlic powder
6 slices of wheat bread
Directions:
Cut the crust off of the bread slices. Then cut the bread into quarters. This will make 24 toasted points. Mix garlic powder and oil into a flat dish. Place the quartered slices into the mixture to absorb the oil. Then flip the bread over to allow both sides to be covered in the oil and garlic mixture. Place on a lined cookie sheet. Bake at 325* F for 8-10 minutes. The toasted bread should be crisp and lightly brown. Serve with your favorite Chicken salad or Shrimp salad.
