
Ingredients:
1 pound lean ground beef
1/3 cup of finely diced sweet onion
1/3 cup plain breadcrumbs
¼ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp chili powder
2/3 cup blue cheese crumbles
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350*. In a large mixing bowl, add all ingredients except blue cheese. Mix by hand until all ingredients have blended well. Then add the blue cheese crumbles and gently mix into the meat. Make meatballs into 1-2″ round balls. Place on an ungreased pan and place in the oven for about 30-35 minutes. Make sure to not overcook. Makes about 36. If you prefer larger meatballs, adjust cooking time 5-10 minutes for 2” meatballs.
Serve with Hot cream sauce
